Does the ENS name show to customers?
No. The front ends carry your restaurant’s name, logo and colours. ENS is only the builder.
Is the demo a real restaurant?
No. It is a showcase so you can see how the system looks. It has no live orders and no visible online payment.
When do the two weeks start?
After payment is confirmed and the contract is signed, together. Any delay in sending your visual identity pauses the count on your side.
Are hosting and support in the price?
No. The price covers the system, setup, rebranding and web, iOS and Android. Hosting and support are a separate quote.
How do I pay?
After you enter your contact details we send you to Skrill to pay $1,500 once, by card or Skrill wallet. Your order is confirmed automatically once Skrill confirms the payment.
Do you take commission on my restaurant’s orders?
No. We take no share of any order. You pay for the system once, and your customers’ payments go straight into your restaurant’s own merchant account.
Who owns the system and the customer data?
Your restaurant’s and customers’ data belong to you. You receive a licence to use the system for your restaurant as described in the terms of sale.
What if the App Store or Google Play rejects the app?
We prepare the files and respond to the review notes. The final publishing decision rests with the stores, which may add days outside our control.
Can the system be changed later?
Custom changes and on-demand development are outside this offer and are agreed at a separate price.
